Despite the significant amount of rain we just received in less than 24 hrs (almost one inch!), the lot is dry and it's actually hard to tell there's any moisture anywhere around - except, of course, for the two ponds, and some damp concrete block-

Happy Friday, and welcome to the second blog update to The Calgaro Residence, currently in the early stages of construction in Ocean Ridge. Despite the cold snap here in southern Brunswick County, we're making good progress with the foundation currently under construction, as noted in the photos below.
