Exterior painting is currently underway at The Calgaro residence in Ocean Ridge. When completed, this custom home will have 3 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, formal dining room, open kitchen/breakfast/family room, sunroom, 2nd floor bonus room over garage with separate recreation room....all under 3,500 sq ft. Not to mention an awesome view!

This home is an in-house design by Whitney Blair, and is a French Country style home designed with outdoor living in mind, at approximately 3,400 square feet. These photos depict the start of the engineered flooring system being installed.

Good Afternoon! A few photos of the completed foundation and garage slab for your viewing pleasure...framing to start next week. Despite the significant amount of rain we just received in less than 24 hrs (almost one inch!), the lot is dry and it's actually hard to tell there's any moisture anywhere around - except, of course, for the two ponds, and some damp concrete block-

Happy Friday, and welcome to the second blog update to The Calgaro Residence, currently in the early stages of construction in Ocean Ridge. Despite the cold snap here in southern Brunswick County, we're making good progress with the foundation currently under construction, as noted in the photos below.
